Subscription tickets can be exchanged for a different date of the same performance. Seating is subject to availability. Please note that exchanging into a different series or seating section may require an additional charge. We ask that exchanges be made prior to the original show date. Tickets cannot be refunded. If you missed your scheduled performance, it is possible to exchange into a performance of the same production based on availability for $10 per ticket plus applicable upgrade costs. Regular tickets can not be exchanged or refunded.

Purchasing Additional Tickets for Subscriber Friends:

Contact the subscriber office to purchase additional tickets for a discount of 10% off the full ticket price. This offer is only valid for select performances and seating sections. Additional restrictions may apply.

Lost/Misplaced Tickets:

Please contact the subscriber office and you will be issued replacement tickets via email or will call.

Donating Subscription Tickets:

Please contact the subscription office prior to curtain and you will be sent an acknowledgement letter confirming your donation.

Late seating:

Latecomers will be seated in accordance with production requirements. If you arrive after the show has begun, you may be held in the lobby until an appropriate time and may be seated in a location designated by the house management. Please note productions in the Audrey Skirball Kenis Theater do not allow late seating.
