This position will provide accounts payable transactional support, process and pay Accounts Payable (AP) invoices in accordance with our policies and internal controls, scan/file, and assist with any accounts payable issues. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of four years of experience in accounts payable. Other job-related duties may be assigned, as needed.
Required Education & Experience
COMPENSATION: Hourly rate range: $25– $27. A starting hourly rate higher than $25 is based on a level of experience and education that significantly exceeds the minimum requirements and is commensurate with the compensation scale (hourly rate range).
Health, Dental, Vision Insurance: Geffen Playhouse covers the costs of HMO for health, and PPO for Dental and Vision. The option to “buy up” to PPO coverage and / or to add spouses, domestic partners, and children to their health policy.
Life Insurance: Geffen Playhouse provides all regular full-time employees with a $25,000 life insurance policy, at no cost to the employee.
Section 125 Flexible Spending Plan: Geffen Playhouse offers its regular full-time employees the opportunity to purchase additional benefit programs to off-set medical and dependent-care related expenses.
Retirement Plan: Geffen Playhouse has established a retirement plan commonly known as a code section 401 (k) profit sharing plan which is currently available after one year of service.
