Actress Angela Lewis is committed to giving back and the uplifting of Black (and Brown) people. Angela has co-founded the non-profit Moon Child Collaborative, which houses its first initiative, Angela’s own labour of love—Birth Village with a vision to provide fully curated resources that connect black (and of color) birthing people, their families, and workers in the birth space with the tools, teachings, guidance, funding, and support they need to thrive in a safe and beautifully sacred, joyful childbirth experience.
