Imani Branch is thrilled to be making her Geffen Playhouse debut with Table 17! Imani is an actor, singer, and writer and at the heart of her work, she loves to explore layered, humanizing, and joyful stories centered around black and brown folks. Favorite credits include: “Desi/Renata/Sherry” in Passing Strange and “Ensemble/Maureen u/s” in Rent with Signature Theatre, and Blood at the Root with Theater Alliance which won her a best ensemble Helen Hayes Award. She has a B.F.A. in Musical Theatre from Howard University and recently completed the two-year Meisner training at Baron Brown Studio.
