Arts For Change is a non-profit company whose mission is to support, develop, and produce performative and written arts to create a kinder, more inclusive, and just world. Our latest project is producing the West Coast tour of the tolerance teaching play, SURVIVORS, by Wendy Kout.

SURVIVORS has impacting tens of thousands across the country and Canada. The Arts For Change tour is honored to be partnered with Holocaust Museum LA, the Jewish Federation of Los Angeles, and the Holocaust Education Center of StandWithUs.

A young diverse cast enacts the history of the Holocaust through the eyewitness accounts of ten survivors who immigrated to the United States. Historical photographs and iconic radio addresses are projected and at schools there is a talkback with a moderator, the cast, playwright, and local survivors. SURVIVORS’ mission is to teach the Holocaust to never forget the past and to encourage all to be upstanders to the frightening rise in antisemitism and hatred for minority communities.
