The Black Affinity Group of the Television Academy exists to affirm, empower, and elevate Black professionals in the television industry through community-building, creative development, professional advocacy, and increased access to opportunity. We aim to celebrate our culture, protect our creative legacies, and reshape the future of storytelling both on screen and behind the scenes.
