Hannah Wolf is a director for theatre, film, and TV. She was raised in Juneau, Alaska, and now lives in Los Angeles. Recent shows include Last Summer at Bluefish Cove at The Fountain Theatre, Indecent and Fun Home at Perseverance Theatre, and POTUS at Occidental College. Hannah works extensively with writers on new plays and musicals and has developed work at Geffen Playhouse, La Jolla Playhouse’s WOW Festival, Playwrights’ Center, Chalk Rep, IAMA Theatre Company, and many others. Her short film, Double Date, written by Grace McLeod, screened at film festivals across the country, including NewFest and Anchorage International Film Festival. Hannah is a National Directors Fellow (Eugene O’Neill Theater Center, National New Play Network, SDC Foundation, and the Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival), a Fulbright Research Fellow (Bucharest, Romania), and a member of the Lincoln Center Theater Directors Lab and Soho Rep Writer Director Lab. She’s currently the Senior Artistic Producer at the Ojai Playwrights Conference, a lecturer in theater directing at UCLA, in the new class of The Kilroys, and on the board of National New Play Network (NNPN). She received her M.F.A. in Directing from the University of Texas at Austin and is a member of SDC. www.hannahjwolf.com
