James Asmus has been performing theater for over twenty years since he was a little kid in Cleveland, OH. Since then, he has branched out into improvisation, sketch comedy, stand-up, and playwriting. James received his degree in theater from Loyola University New Orleans and subsequently studied comedy at Second City, The Annoyance Theatre, and iO (formerly Improv Olympic) in Chicago. James has recently written several award-winning plays and musicals including Love Is Dead, and Hearts Full of Blood. He also writes for Marvel Comics, including Captain America & Bucky, Generation Hope, and X-Men/Steve Rogers: Escape From the Negative Zone which was recently collected in hardcover.
