Nandani Maria Sinha is a professional opera singer, educator, and arts leader whose career spans over a decade of national and international performances. Currently pursuing a Doctorate at Johns Hopkins University, Nandani’s research focuses on the intersection of music and medicine, with an emphasis on dementia care, therapeutic arts, and ethical leadership in healthcare settings. She serves as the Teaching Artist for Community & Education at LA Opera, where she leads in initiatives such as Arts and Health Week and Opera for Wellness and Life. She is also the founder and artistic director of Music Heals Minds, a non-profit bringing live, interactive music to memory care residents and individuals living with dementia. Passionate about the healing power of music, Nandani bridges performance, research, and advocacy to promote human dignity, social justice, and connection through the arts.
