Here and Ready is a nationwide collective effecting positive change in the discovery and support of Black actresses. We empower talent through shared resources, genuine sisterhood, and a belief that community is stronger than competition while increasing industry visibility through a dynamic talent database website, social promotion, and free or low-cost casting workshops. By building an uplifting community for aspiring and working professional actresses, we provide our members with the tools to be HERE and READY for career success.
