Brian’s original work includes Where Did We Sit on the Bus?, Somewhere Over the Border, and Kid Prince and Pablo. Most recently, his musical Mexodus just played to sold-out audiences at Pasadena Playhouse, Baltimore Center Stage, Mosaic Theater, Berkeley Repertory Theatre, Audible’s Minetta Lane Theatre, and the Daryl Roth Theater (winning the Drama League Award for Best Musical, the first time in 30 years that an off-Broadway show has been the recipient of the award since Rent). He is a four-time Jeff Award winner, two-time Drama Desk winner, two-time Lucille Lortel winner, and Helen Hayes Award winner.
