An Arkansas native, Paul began his acting career in Chicago’s vibrant theater community, working primarily with Collage Productions (Long Day’s Journey into Night, Self-Portrait), Oak Park Festival Theatre (Julius Caesar, Robin Hood) and more. Paul gave more than 800 performances Off-Broadway and across the country in the Broadway tour of the solo comedy Defending the Caveman. He has been seen on stage at the Long Wharf Theatre, Pittsburgh CLO and showrooms in Las Vegas. In NYC, Paul studied with Terry Schreiber at the T. Schreiber Studio and worked with notable Off-Broadway theaters, including Labyrinth Theater Company, in the critically acclaimed staging of John Cassavetes film, Shadows, with Hoi Polloi, Abingdon Theatre and the Bowery Poetry Club. He has also appeared at The Laugh Lounge and Times Square Comedy Club. TV: Peep Show (Spike TV/pilot), As The World Turns, and recently on Showtime in the SXSW award-winning film Animals.
