Sibyl Wickersheimer designs scenery across the country at theatres including Steppenwolf Theatre, Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Lookingglass Theatre, Portland Center Stage, Theatre for a New Audience, Seattle Repertory, and Woolly Mammoth Theatre. In the Los Angeles area, she has designed at The Kirk Douglas, the Geffen Playhouse, South Coast Repertory, Circle X, A Noise Within, The Actors’ Gang and many more. Unique projects have included art installations in SoCal art galleries, Eric Idle’s What About Dick? (Orpheum/Netflix) and the stage for the daily giant dinosaur puppet performances at the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles. Sibyl is also an Associate Professor at USC in the School of Dramatic Arts.
